While many issues, on many devices, can be taken care of remotely, sometimes an in-person visit is the best way, or only way, to get things fully resolved. We’ll always try to help remotely first and will let you know if a visit on site is needed. Remote control (where a specialist takes control of your devices from afar to resolve an issue) is generally best suited for Microsoft Windows-based devices.

*Up to 1 hour per visit, subject to applicable travel fees. All additional service time is charged at the standard rate minus applicable discount. Chat and voice support are offered via Facebook Messenger and are limited to one account per subscriber. Chat-based support can be either on-demand or by appointment. On-demand support is offered on a best effort basis. Voice-based or in-person support are by appointment only. Unused monthly benefits expire at the end of each month of membership. All members receive priority scheduling versus non-members. Higher priority is attributed to Elite members when there is schedule contention. Rates are subject to change. All rates in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes. All in-person service appointments have a 1-hour minimum charge, and additional time is charged in 30-minute increments. All voice-based service calls have a 30-minute minimum charge, and additional time is charged in 15-minute increments.
